Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils (a type of volatile oil) for psychological and physical well-being.  Essential oils can be utilized in many ways.  They can be added to a liquid or lotion and applied to the skin or mixed with a carrier oil and massaged onto the skin.  They can also be diffused or sprayed into the air, or added to your bath water.
